Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, we do support payments by invoice with net 30 payments. Please email us at support@jirareminders.com if you would like to start paying by invoice.

Is there any fees for trial?

No. You are charged NOTHING during the trial period of 14 days. You can cancel your subscription anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time. Please email us at support@jirareminders.com to cancel your subscription and we will get back to you with-in 24 hours.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan easily online at any time. Pick the plan that seems like the best fit and try it on.
